IP Consultant Muchlis Mansur, S.H. is a partner for Isnaini, Muchlis & Partners (IMPLAW). He received his law degree from University of 17 Agustus Jakarta, one of the oldest Private Universities in Indonesia.As an Intellectual Property Consultant, he has advised clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. He also has experiences in representing clients to conduct negotiation for an amicable settlement in many trademarks cases before taking action through the Commercial Court.

Prior to establishing Isnaini, Muchlis & Partners (IMPLAW), he had worked at some of a Indonesian leading Intellectual Property Firms, namely Am Badar & Partners and Pacific Patent.

Mr. Muchlis Mansur, S.H. is an associate member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), European Community Trademark Association (ECTA), Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA), Indonesian Association of Intellectual Property Consultant (AKHKI) and the Indonesian Intellectual Property Society (IIPS). Besides, practicing as an Intellectual Property Consultant, he speaks frequently about current practices of Trademark and Copyrights in seminars held by government, universities and professional associations in Indonesia.
